Transformers - 3 became the most profitable film of Paramount


        The film "Transformers: The Dark Side of the Moon" became the first film of a trilogy directed by Michael Bay about the alien robots, the fees which exceeded one billion U.S. dollars. It is reported by The Hollywood Reporter. As a result, the film became the most lucrative Bay project studio Paramount.
        Picture took just over a month in order to achieve this result. The film was released in rent at the end of June 2011. The third "Transformers" are only a tenth film in the history who managed to collect a billion dollars. A few days ago it was reported that the charges of the final Harry Potter movie ("HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS: PART 2") also reached a billion. And the movie of the teen-wizard has earned that amount in just two weeks rent.          Full list of films billionaire looks like this:

          The highest-grossing films of these is the "Avatar" movie (about $ 2.8 billion). In second place is still published in 1997's "Titanic" ($ 1.8 billion). Paramount has provided funding of this project, but not dealt with this alone - partner in this case is 20th Century Fox.
