Christian Bale refused to play Noah

       Christian Bale refused the role of Noah in the new film directed by Darren Aronofsky, reports Empire. It is assumed, that such decision the actor made ​​for a busy schedule. More recently, Bale has finished work on the role of Batman in Christopher Nolan's film "THE DARK KNIGHT RISES." In the near future, he intends to play in two Terrence Malick's films - "Lawless" and "Knight of Cups".

       Film by Darren Aronofsky will be transcription the Biblical story of Noah's ark. In early October 2011 it was announced, that the two company Paramount and New Regency will be engaged in project's financing. Previously, Aronofsky said that the script for the film about Noah is quite complicated for a screen, so the director decided to start a comic book based on it.

       After refusing of Christian Bale out of the project, as a candidate for the November, Michael Fassbender is the new potential candidate to this role.
