The Walking Dead Is Adding Even More Extended Episodes
Fans who cannot get enough of The Walking Deadthis season! The traditionally hour-long drama has packed Season 7 with some seriously meaty episodes, with Episode 4 ("Service") airing in a 58 minute time-slot.
According to the schedule on AMC's website, the sixth episode, "Swear," will air in a 70 minute time-slot, and Episode 7 "Sing Me A Song" will be a full 90 minutes. Clearly the scribes behind AMC's gripping zombie apocalypse series have quite the tale to tell this year as Negan's () reign of terror unfolds. (Or their advertising space has reached an all time high.)

Also important to note? Though "Swear" is a little murky as a title, for fans of the comics The Walking Dead is based on, "Sing Me A Song" points to us getting one of the most famous Carl () scenes in the comics. Suffice to say, without getting too much into spoilers: Negan and Carl will be meeting up again, very, very soon. It may not go that well for one of them.
Season 7 of The Walking Dead, like previous seasons, will be split into two eight episode long halves, with the first half ending later this year; and the second half presumably picking up around Valentine's Day in 2017 (as have previous seasons).
