Healthy or hurtful

Kourtney Kardashian is the known health nut of the family. From the time she wanted to eat her placenta (never forget) to the full gallon of water that she drinks every day, the oldest child of the Kardashian clan has a well-documented obsession with diet and fitness.
However, some are worried that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is taking things too far.

Kourtney Kardashian may be known for being the strictest dieter in her family, but how far is too far? The 38-year-old seems to be smallest out of all the Kardashian sisters, and fans are now starting to worry about the mother-of-three.
She first raised concerns in 2014 after welcoming her third child with ex Scott Disick, when she shared that she only weighed 116 pounds just four months after giving birth. 
At the time, she pointed out on Instagram that at 5 feet tall, it was still a normal weight.
Then, earlier this year, the pint-sized reality TV star announced that she only weighs a shocking 98 pounds.

That’s only 36 pounds more than her oldest son, Mason. But according to her body mass index, while the weight may sound low, it’s considered normal for her size.
