Love Island 2018: The first 11 singles are unveiled ahead of the brand new season...

including an air stewardess, an A&E doctor, a nuclear engineer and Danny Dyer's daughter

It's that time of year again - when reality fans around the UK say goodbye to their summers so they can watch a group of randy singletons attempt to find love in the Mallorcan sunshine.

And a week before the new season of Love Island hits screens, ITV has unveiled the first 11 hopefuls set to enter the famous villa on a quest for long-lasting happiness [and maybe a spin-off series afterwards on ITVBe].

The boys outweigh the girls in the initial line-up, with six young bucks gearing themselves up to find the woman of of their dreams, like many [a few] couples before them.

Among the men are an A&E doctor, a construction worker, an Electrical and Nuclear Systems Design Engineer, a stationery salesman, a personal trainer and, surprisingly, just the one model.

The ladies are led by one familiar face - Dani Dyer, of Survival Of The Fittest and Danny Dyer's daughter fame.

She makes her TV comeback after her epic fail in February, when she [literally] fell at the first hurdle and was sent home from Survival Of The Fittest after taking part in just one task.

She will be competing for the attentions of the boys alongside an air stewardess, a retail manager, a West End singer and [another] model.

The series is to be fronted once again by Caroline Flack who, this year, has bagged herself a reality star fiance of her own in former Apprentice and Celebrity Big Brother star Andrew Brady.
